The hotel was very nice , location was also very nice, although it was about a 40 min car journey from the bridge. The hotel had it's own private car park a few mins away. Can't park in the square outside the hotel as there is a Market either 6 or 7 days a week. Would not recommend the breakfast very poor value. There is a lovely place in the square where you can have a lovely breakfast for less money. We can definitely recommend the restaurant called A L' Ouest which is only a few mins walk away, the monkfish was delicious.

    Puss in Boots

A lovely family-owned hotel. We had a patio-facing room, with a bathroom with window over the street. As others have said, the square opposite the hotel hosts a daily market, which would have been annoying for any street-facing bedrooms. Breakfast was a bit limited given the price, but there's a Baker's opposite with good breakfast options.

    Mike & Elaine's overnight stay

The Hotel has its own unique individual style with a beautiful spacious well kept garden. All of which make it welcoming and homely. It is well situated in a quiet village, with local bars and restaurants very close. It has a very well situated car parking and can arrange the hie of cycles. Would highly recommend it for a short stay on Il de Re.

Pros: The breakfast Had a lot of homemade elements. The Room its own Safe. The Bathroom was bright spacious with a Hot shower.

Cons: Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room would be a good addition

Location: It is situated in a small village, but had a Patisserie, Sandwich Bar & two restaurants and a friendly Bar all very close by.
