Hotel qui était très bien situé et personnel au petit soin avec un service de chambre 2 fois par jour avec mise à disposition de bouteeille d'eau. Tous eels équipements sont très bien entretenus également avec un beau balcon et de bonnes prestations - seul petit bémol qui n'était pas très important au demeurant (le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas en place et ne se fixe pas sur la position voulue dans la salle de bain. nous devions la tenir pour que le jet soit bien orienté). Cela dit, nous n'avions pas signalé à la réception. Autre petit bemol, le café fournui n'était pas de suite remplacé. Je n'ai pas utilisé tous les jours le café. donc cela n'avait pas non plus troop d'importance, mais j'ai remarqué que le café utilisé avait été remplacé que 2 jours après. pour les grands buveurs de café, cela aurait pu être problématique sachant un service en chambre 2 fois par jour. Hormis ces 2 petits points, tout était superbe et le service au top (pleins d'activités proposés, bons restaurants et bon petit déjeuner, accès direct plage avec suffisamment de transat...). Nous reviendrons.très certainement!

L emplacement est excellent mais la direction n est pas au niveau ainsi que les matériaux qui se dégradent au fil des années Le personnel fait le maximum mais il serait temps d avoir de vrais manageurs comme à Maurice La restauration est bonne et les chambres correctes

Tolle Lage direkt am Badestrand. Sehr schön gepflegte Anlage mit Restaurants und Pool-Bar, Tennisplätze, etc. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einige Restaurants in Fussdistanz vom Hotel. Tagsüber öffentliche Busse, abends Navette nach Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet, allerdings eher etwas dunkel. Für die Restaurants sind Reservationen nötig, da nicht alle immer geöffnet sind und das Platzangebot beschränkt ist.

Die Lobby und die Restaurants waren sehr schön und neuwertig, der Service sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer jedoch waren sehr klein, auch das Bad und separate WC sehr klein und für ein 5 Sterne Hotel auf jeden Fall dringend renovationsbedürftig. Das Pool war gross und sehr sauber, auch hier der Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Badetücher sehr sauber und frisch. Die Anlage liegt nicht sehr zentral, bis zum nächst grösseren Ort nur mit Auto möglich. Es gab im Hotel selber (Lobby) keine Informationen zu Aktivitäten oder ähnliches, nur auf Anfrage bekam man gerade die nötige Info. Gewünschte Buchungen wurden dann aber sehr professionell erledigt. Das Personal sprach diverse Sprachen, waren auch entsprechend bezeichnet, sehr gut. Das Frühstückbuffet war bereits ab 6h morgens geöffnet und tip top hergerichtet, was einem für die langen Bergtouren entgegen kam. 3 Restaurants, eines davon als Buffet, waren sehr gut, sehr gute Küche, reichliches Angebot. Somit alles in allem sehr schön, nur die Zimmer leider nicht.

Personnel très gentil et efficace Localisation magnifique sur une plage de rêve donnant directement sur un véritable aquarium à poissons et tortues: un masque et un tuba suffisent pour passer des heures à admirer des poissons de toutes les couleurs Chambres propres et fonctionnelles donnant sur un beau jardin A améliorer: 1/l’offre de restauration le soir (un seul restaurant à 25-30€ le plat, hors restaurant gastronomique) 2/ l’ambiance l’hôtel le soir, parfois un peu tristoune en dehors des soirées de cinéma en plain air. De la même façon, éclairez les arbres du jardin le soir! cela donnerait une jolie ambiance et éviterait l’impression « morne plaine »
