Thank you so much for your feedback. We already order new ridge, but as you know at Kapeverden the things at the customers take many month to put them out. What concern the dogs, we cannot do anything about it, because they are at the street and don't belong to anybody. Sorry for that.

Dear Guest, We are sure that you over react with such a bad comment about our Hotel, because at our description it is very clear that we are located at the Center. Our Guest become the room they booked, so if you don't paid AC you are not becoming the control remote for it. TV issue is temporary in some rooms, but at the Lobby you have TV with International Channels. Maybe you don't talk with Reception about it.
