Hotel was about four streets back from the sea.

Pros: Very clean,and staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: nothing more apart from the faults I mentioned.
Location: About four streets back from the sea front.Plenty of small shops and restaurants near by.
The hotel was very clean,and the staff were lovely and so helpful. Very poor reception on the room Television and the fridge leaked. Dogs constantly barking and children playing in the street until all hours made it difficult to sleep.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We already order new ridge, but as you know at Kapeverden the things at the customers take many month to put them out. What concern the dogs, we cannot do anything about it, because they are at the street and don't belong to anybody. Sorry for that.

Cons: Rakentamisen laatua.
Hotelli sijaitsee keskellä köyhintä, likaisinta ja rähjäisintä osaa Santa Mariasta. Joka puolella rakennetaan tai korjataan jotain ja rakentamisen melu on jatkuvaa, myös sunnuntaisin. Huoneessa haisi voimakkaasti home joka tuli vaatekomerosta, liekö komeron takana vesivahinko, koska seinän takana on kylpyhuone. Tv ja ilmastointi eivät toimineet.

Dear Guest, We are sure that you over react with such a bad comment about our Hotel, because at our description it is very clear that we are located at the Center. Our Guest become the room they booked, so if you don't paid AC you are not becoming the control remote for it. TV issue is temporary in some rooms, but at the Lobby you have TV with International Channels. Maybe you don't talk with Reception about it.
