What a great steal, class with out the price! Will defo be here again when visiting Manchester. Check free upgrade to a room with a view! Ordered room service and felt like a super star as the service was priceless.

Air con in this hotel is poor, we had two hot uncomfortable sleepless nights.certain staff members need retrained in customer service, we required some basic toiletries replenished during our stay, and the staff member or housekeeping forgot?we had a drink sitting outside in the front garden area, but there was a stench of human waste in the air from the local sewers or drains, On a positive note breakfast was nice, hot, and tasty.

Brilliant!

Everything was perfect! However, found hair in the 2 disposable cups for hot drinks. Since they’re disposable cups, it would be nice if they changed them after every stay or each day. Apart from that brilliant hotel and brilliant price!

Great for old Trafford

Lovely Hotel, very friendly staff.

Not much choice when it came to eggs for breakfast, no fried eggs, boiled or poached, very slow bar man did know how to make cocktails and had to read the contents of each drink which took along time, 10 Mins each drink, parking was perfect.

Right in heart of Salford Quays, very convenient .

Very pleasant. Staff very accommodating. Parked in secure hotel car park which still had spaces available on a Saturday afternoon. Swapped rooms as initial one had broken window latch, staff sorted this out very quickly.
