I had a really lovely time at this hotel. The rooms were amazing and the view just as much. I had a little trouble connecting my device to the TV, but the staff were able to change my room immediately and that was highly appreciated. You can also access the tram station quite easily too. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Manchester.

Staff very pleasant upon arrival, very modern and relaxed atmosphere. On site parking for £8 a night which I didn't mind. There was no welcome pack on how to use the room service and a price list. The only problems were that there were some faecal stains around the rim of the toilet which made me doubt the cleanliness of the place. Also, throughout the night at approx 1am, 1:30am, 2:30am and 4am there were multiple episodes of banging lasting about 20 seconds. Not too long but long enough to wake you up and then I struggle to get back to sleep. The rooms could do with being sound-proof.

What a great steal, class with out the price! Will defo be here again when visiting Manchester. Check free upgrade to a room with a view! Ordered room service and felt like a super star as the service was priceless.

Air con in this hotel is poor, we had two hot uncomfortable sleepless nights.certain staff members need retrained in customer service, we required some basic toiletries replenished during our stay, and the staff member or housekeeping forgot?we had a drink sitting outside in the front garden area, but there was a stench of human waste in the air from the local sewers or drains, On a positive note breakfast was nice, hot, and tasty.
