Room was quite small for 2 adults & 1 child. Location of the hotel is fab for exploring the quays & media city and only a 10 minute journey by tram into the city centre. Breakfast time was chaotic & we had to keep waiting for the warm items to be replenished. All staff were really pleasant & helpful- overall a nice stay apart from breakfast being a bit unorganised.

We are sorry that you felt the room was a bit cramped for a family of 3 but it is great to know all staff were polite and helpful. Regarding the complementary breakfast we are also sorry you found it to be chaotic, this sometimes can be what time you come down and how many people we have for breakfast that morning. Couple holiday

Great comfy beds Location was good if your going to a match but it's far from the main city so taxis are £12 up and back which is expensive when your going shopping during the day and to the pubs at night
