The room was really small you could only just walk around the bed , the bathroom was even smaller, the room door didn’t lock when it closed your had to lock it with the key , you got neck ache from watching the TV because it was mounted on the wall very close to the ceiling , very disappointing to say the room cost £277 !!!!

The property was very well located, only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It's a 3 star hotel, you get what you pay for. There were no frills, just basic clean accommodation.

During my stay half of the hotel was under reconstruction and covered. The room was tiny, but everything clean and an a really good condition. Parking space is a huge plus for that area.

Within walking distance of Manchester Arena.

Very noisy on a night when people are coming back to their rooms. Unfortunatly we were close to the front door where the smokers congrigate, again noisy! Small rooms, small bed, small bathroom. Cleaning left a bit to be desiredin rooms and public areas. Only saving grace.... walking distance to The Arena.

Great location

It is small and basic, however for location for Manchester Arena and free parking it certainly makes up for lack of luxury. On the ring road and our room was facing the main road but traffic wasn't a nuisance for us. Stayed on a Friday night but didn't hear drunken people roaming. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
