This place is great for lads on beer wanting to crash somewhere, but that's about it. No service upon arrival and confused checking in. Key not working to open fire door on stairs. Lock broken on bathroom door and handle not screwed in properly. Very cheap mattress and springs hurt my back. Hygiene at breakfast concerning. Would not stay again

Don’t expect to sleep Friday or Saturday nights

Loud, obnoxious disco on main floor til 2 AM. Also bar across street. This happens every Friday and Saturday night.

Central location. Parking a bit complicated. Windows in the room were open, ‘waiting repair’; tv wasn’t working because aerial was’t plugged in; one of the lights was out; shower mixer tap couldn’t be adjusted - the stay was ok & decent breakfast, but I would have thought the faults should have been picked up by pre-letting checking

The hotel is in an excellent location for Salisbury. We came for a wedding so it was very close to all the amenities. But the staff at this hotel are not very friendly. The girls at the bar are amazing, very helpful, but the gentlemen that checked us in, never went over how the loft works, or what time the breakfast was at. And please note, the "free" breakfast is not worth it. Cereal and Coffee is what you will get. And the rooms do not have AC so we were dripping with sweat when in the rooms. The plugs didn't work either. And also note, the club is open From Fri and SAT downstairs....you will hear it and the drunk ppl to follow.
