Staff really nice, clean rooms. On the negative side No tea and coffee facilities in room and no pool towels, have to use towels from bedroom. Was noisy, but necessarily from Salou beach, adjoining hotels too close and different quality and clientele to Salou beach

Zimmer gross und schön. Essen eher langweilig, Frühstücks Qualität schlecht. Wir kamen uns vor wie in einer Jugendherberge. Gäste kamen in Badetüchern und Schlappen zum Abendessen. Das ist nicht das Niveau eines 4 Stern Hotels.

Es tut uns allerdings sehr leid, dass wir Sie mit unserem oft gelobten Frühstück etwas enttäuscht haben und Sie auch die unangemessene Kleidung anderer Gäste beim Abendessen bemängeln.
