Really good hotel

Pros: Location is very good, close to the city centre. Really clean and well presented. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice
Cons: Maybe instant coffee sachets as well as tea in the refreshment corner.
Location: Location is central and within walking distance to most sites
Really well situated for all the sites. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. A nice touch with the tea corner in reception. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel for 2nights. Hotel staff is very rigid and not all friendly. I requested for early check in but was not given room at 12:30 pm as well. I booked a room with balcony but I was given low budget cheap room. After requesting them to chage room we have been told hotel is full and change is not possible. Rooms are old and uncomfortable with no proper heating. On complaining about heating, I was asked to get electric heater. Toilet door in the room did not close. Only best part about hotel is the location as it is near to all tourist attractions.

Perfect base for sight seeing!

Hotel was everything we wanted and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent...fresh and plentiful! The only criticism that I have, is the quality / thickness of walls. Our neighbours in the room next door were having sex numerous times, throughout day and night. We could here everything which made the stay very uncomfortable indeed!!
