Thank you for an excellent stay. The pool areas were super clean, staff excellent. Constant cleaning and looking after the property. We had a basic room but it was fine. So close to Yumbo and loads of restaurants. We loved it here and would stay again. Very peaceful considering Yumbo was so close (basically across the road) but we wanted to be close so it suited us. 15 Minute walk to the beach - no problem. Hard to find fault.

This complex is being completely renovated to a very high standard. The rooms are modern and tastefully furnished and decorated and I would rate them at least 4 star standard. They supply a kettle and a Nespresso machine with some pods to start you off which is a nice touch. There is also a minibar type fridge. The outside areas were still being worked on when I was there but when it is finished it will be amazing. I would highly recommend this complex and will be returning.

Sehr guter erster Gesamteindruck. Einladender Eingangsbereich, gute Lage Sehr freundliches Personal Schönes helles Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten Riesen TV an der Wand (nie benutzt) Ausreichendes Frühstück in einfacher Qualität. Die Bilder geben in etwa den Ist-Zustand wieder. Kleiner Fitnessraum aber uns hat es gereicht. Keine Ahnung warum es nirgends einen Handtuchhalter im Bad hat...auch auf der Terrasse keine Möglichkeit etwas kleines (Badehose) aufzuhängen.

Respa ei ollut 24/7 vaan auki satunnaisesti. Iltaisin oli käynti hotellin toisesta päästä. Huoneistojen lukot olivat sähkölukot, mutta annettiin eri avain iltaa varten jos respa ei ollut auki. Erittäin hiljainen ja siisti hotelli. Hotellissa tehtiin arkisin pieniä remontteja.

Majoituimme tässä juuri remontoidussa hotellissa Playa del inglesissä ja pidimme siitä todella paljon! Alkuun meillä oli hieman vaikeuksia löytää paikalle, sillä osoite oli väärä. Saimme kuitenkin lopulta tietää, että hotellin sisäänkäynti tapahtuu ainakin vielä toistaiseksi vanhan San Valentin & Terraflor park hotellin kautta. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja moderni, huoneessa oli myös jääkaappi ja ilmastointi. Huoneen siivous toimi päivittäin ja henkilökunta muutenkin oli erittäin ystävällistä :) Myös uima-allas alue oli oikein kiva, tosin altaassa oli aika kylmää vettä mutta ei se ainakaan meitä haitannut... Hotellin alue oli vielä remontissa, mutta me ei siihen sen enempää kiinnitetty huomiota. Valmiista alueesta tulee vielä jonain päivänä erittäin viihtyisä! Meidän majoituspakettiimme kuului myös aamiainen ja sekin oli positiivinen yllätys. Suhteellisen monipuolinen ja löytyi kaikki mitä olisi halunnutkin. Aamiaisravintola oli toki hieman pieni ja aamiainen oli tarjolla vain 2 tuntia aamuisin, joten ajoittain oli pientä ruuhkaa. Kokonaisuudessaan olemme todella tyytyväisiä ja varmasti voisi valita tämän hotellin tulevaisuudessakin, jos tulee Gran Canarialle lähdettyä :)
