Disappointing Customer Service
Location perfect. Checking in perfect Carlo was Nice and friendly excellent customer service from him. Room size and bed comfort was perfect . AC not working properly, it was very humid. Took a shower at night and the water in the bathtub never drained. Next day it was still full. Called to advice and they sent 2 diff maintenance guys to unplug and they were not able to. They had the front desk manager call us her name was Lisa and she was so rude to me. no sympathy or understanding of the inconvenience that my family was put through by having people in our room fixing a tub, pouring chemicals in the water that stunk my room and having to walk to another room to shower. After sensing my extreme do satisfaction she offers us free breakfast. She should have offered that up front, instead she kept asking me what do you, want me to do? She should have offered me a free night for ruining my stay.

The staff was great. Very easy access to the airport from here. Room was spotless and clean. We’ll be staying here again on our next trip.

Great area for shopping. Very friendly staff. The fitness room was very small with no weight lifting equipment. The furniture in the room was old and outdated. The curtains did not close all the way and the early morning sunlight shined into the room while asleep.
