Great hotel with lovely indoor and outdoor pool areas. Easy parking and great location if you have a car. Breakfast was great. Rooms very modern and clean. Would go back and recommend.

O quarto apresentou excelentes condições: áreas muito boas, excelente cama, móveis e sanitários novos. Excelente pequeno almoco. Spa e piscinas muito bem tratados. Apenas tive problemas com a reposição de toalhas no quarto e limpeza .

Very good stay. A problem in the ensuite was corrected quickly and without fuss. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was plentiful, with a healthy bar, and good cooked options. The restaurant for evening meals has an imaginative and varied menu, with helpful and attentive staff. I understand a nearby noisy road is to be moved further away. Will be good when finished

The hotel staff are very accommodating and are willing to please (some exceptions who are in a supervisory role). Work is still going on at this hotel therefore at the moment a lot of the facilities are yet to be in action (known beforehand). When complete I would agree with 4* however would only say a 3 at present. Our room had no outside usable space and we had to run the shower for 10 mins for hot water to come through, not sure if this was for everyone. This hotel is mainly for couples, no activities for children and lifeless in the evening. Waiting to be served at the bar can take upto 5 mins which is not acceptable. Would I go again... NO. Would I suggest this to a couple wanting to relax? Yes, when it's finished though. Some issues with attention to detail and a safety concern namely no barrier around the main steps. A few seasons of service will help this hotel immensely.

Lovely new hotel still being finished so some snagging issues but we really enjoyed our stay. WiFi not good in room but great at poolside Beautiful pool Unable to have a shower as no attachment on the wall for shower head.
