Sehr geehrte Kunde, Es tut uns leid, diese Worte zu lesen, weil sie bei ihrer Ankunft das ihrer Reservierung entsprechende Zimmer erhalten hatte. Nachdem er die Suite gesehen hatte, bat er sie, in diesem Raum zu bleiben, Dafür wurde der Zuschlag beantragt. Ich hoffe, es bald als willkommener Gast zurück zu bekommen. Herzlich

Liber gast, wir haben auf jede I-Seite geschrieben das es extra kostet. Und fur klienten des Hotels kostet es nich 30,00€, aber es gibt ein rabatt. Wenn jemand direkt mit uns bucht, dann hat er den strand inklusive. Wir danken ihnen trotzdem fuer ihren kommenter.
