Brilliant, friendly and welcoming staff. Large hotel and conference centre with all the facilities (indoor pool, spa etc) you could ever need. Frequent business user of this hotel, highly recommended. The only place in Sandefjord.

The hotel is not at all customer friendly and very old. We were not even welcomed in a way you expect, when you are checking in to a Scandic hotel. No friendliness and no offered help or instructions. You can‘t find elevators and will have to carry your luggage to the upper floors by your own. The room was small and stinky. The bathroom Is so small that it is more like the toilets you can find in a ferry cabine. At 2 nights, of our 3 night stay, drunk people came into the room next to us and where that noisy that sleeping was impossible. Overall the building is that old, so you can hear everything happening around you. The breakfast was okey but the waiter was unfriendly and and gave us the feeling that we should thankful for being offered a table somewhere in the middle of a crowded amount of people. No security rules if you think of the existing Covid-19 situation. Only hand sanitizer. And in that case the hotel offers a limited breakfast for no good reason. We didn’t feel treated well at all. So I would not recommend anyone with normal expectations to stay in the Scandic Parc Hotel in Sandefjord. The only positive to mention is that it is located close to everything.
