Pros: Die Lage
Location: Hotel ist an einer super Lage. 3 Minuten Fussweg und man ist am Strand!
Wir waren 1 Woche im Hoptels Said und sind auch wieder ziemlich enttäuscht nach Hause gegangen. Der Einbauschrank wies Zeichen von anfänglichem Schimmel auf, aus dem Lavabo stinkte es nach abgestandenem Wasser, die Duschbrause war verkalkt und auch die Fliesen im Bad lassen zu wünschen übrig. Ausserdem haben wir vom Hotelpersonal eine falsche Beschreibung betreffend den von Ihnen gebuchten Shuttlebus erhalten und suchten uns am Flughafen in Palma dumm und dämlich. Das Buffet war gross aber das Essen war ziemlich fade und einseitig.

Sehr geehrte Frau NinaB, Ich bedaure, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt haben. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn Sie diese Beschwerden durch ihre Aufenthalt im Hotel weiter gegeben hätten. Jetzt ist es zu spät um zu reagieren. Wie Sie in den Kommentaren unserer Kunden sehen können, wird die Sauberkeit unseres Hotels sehr geschätzt. Natürlich können wir versagen. Gutes Ambiente für den Familienurlaub

Ich hatte einen netten, erholsamen Aufenthalt im Hotel Hipotel Said, das Servicepersonal war durchgehend sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, danke. Für die Kinderbetreuung war ebenfalls engagiertes Personal mit tollen Bastelideen am Start. Die Verpflegung (HP) war top, kein Grund zum Mäckel. Der Stil der Zimmer ist als etwas überholt einzustufen, moderner geht es auf jeden Fall aber das Rund-Rum-Paket war gelungen und hat schnell den Erholungs- und Urlaubserffekt eintreten lassen. Die kurze Distanz (ca 5 Gehminuten) zum traumhaften Sandstrand habe ihr übriges getan, vG und danke

zum 5. Mal in Folge Hotel Said

zum 5. Mal in Folge verbrachten wir unsere Sommerferien im Hotel Said und wir waren einmal mehr total begeistert. Speziell zu erwähnen sind die unschlagbaren All Inclusive-Leistungen, die wir nicht missen möchten. Wir werden wieder kommen.
