The guests who came in were our family friends, they were originally reserved in the villa but one of their friends booked in another resorts. Yes the swim rings use is for a fee. The staff just forgot to tell you, im sorry. For the clean up issue, they dont clean the rooms without the confirmation of the guests because there are guests who doesnt want daily cleaning or doesnt want to be disturbed. I am sorry for the misunderstanding
