Sehr geehrter Stefan, zunächst möchten wir uns recht herzlich bei Ihnen für die Zeit bedanken, die Sie sich für die Bewertung bei expedia genommen haben. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie die Lage unseres Hotels so hervorheben. In der Tat ist die Nähe zum Strand einfach ideal. Sie können herrlich am Strand entlang spazieren und das besondere Mittelmeerklima genießen. Wir sind jedoch sehr enttäuscht darüber, dass unsere Mitarbeiter nicht die bei uns sonst übliche Gastfreundlichkeit Ihnen gegenüber gezeigt haben, deshalb haben wir Ihre Rückmeldung mit dem gesamten Team des Hotels geteilt.
