Best selection ever

We stayed in many Hotels around the world and we could not been more fortunate with staying at the Best Western Premier Hotel. From the entrance we had a lot of attention and care. Even we arrived very early due to the flight connection from Madrid to Santiago the Hotel was very keen to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. As the rules stay that the checkin is after 15:00 and the Hotel was fully booked due to the Eastern holidays we have been offered to wait 30min and a express makeup has been rolled out to prepare a room for us. This is exceptional customer care that you will find in some dedicated 5Stars Hotel. Eduardo was extremely helpful and run the extra mile just to make us happy. The room is specious and comfortable. The Hotel is very modern and have all facilities for daily needs. The breakfast buffet was very reach with many choices but it leaked a bit of change in any case there is nothing to complaint about. The swimming pool was coldish but there was also a hot tab so you can enjoy and relax. The carpark of the Hotel was free to guests and as we had a rentalcar it was very secure and efficient. It takes about 10-15min to get to downtown with the Metro and in the night we used a taxi that was about 10USD one way. It is not common to tip taxi driver in Chile. Around the Hotel are many shopping possibilities including a very big and luxurious mall that is 10min walk away. The whole area is extremely secure. A great Hotel and very pleasant stay. The stuff was extremely polite with very good manners. I would definitely stay in this Hotel again and highly recommend it.

Kätevä sijainti ja hyvätasoinen

Pros: Aamiainen monipuolinen ja maistuva. Uima-allas virkistävä.
Cons: Ilmanlaatuun hotelli ei valitettavasti voi paljon vaikuttaa.
Location: Hotelli on rauhallisella alueella.Turistik-kiertoajelulla (bussi) saa kokonaiskuvaa kaupungista. Metrolla on helppo mennä tutustumaan tarkemmin.
Sijainti on hyvällä alueella ja metroyhteydet kätevät. Ainakin 11. kerroksessa oli rauhallista. Turvallista liikkua ympäristössä. Lähellä kauppakeskuksia ja viihtyisä puisto, yleisilme siisti. Suosittelen puolipäiväretkeä Andeille. Myös viinilaaksoalueeseen ja Valparaisoon kannattaa tutustua. Saa hengittää raikasta ja puhtaampaa ilmaakin.
