Junior suite rooms need an upgrade. I requested change of room due to cigarette smell. The other room air conditioning was not working and it has a full blow of air which was cold and was not able to sleep, I requested extra blanket which was not good quality. Only positive I can say for certain is their personnel, everyone was excellent, felt welcome. Please fix air conditioning, it is quite old. Thanks

Room clean and staff amazing but bar and restaurant and terrace all closed. Water for shower was cold and had to call reception to ask to connect the hot water. Breakfast bread options are limites and not fresh. Expensive taxi service to airport, had to requests it externally.

The location is ideal and the room is nicely installed. The breakfast is mindblowing. I also liked the friendliness of the employees.

Short stay (twice)

Used this hotel as a stopover en-route to my final destination and on the return as well. Staff were very helpful on both occasions. On the first stay arrived approx 2100, found the hotel to be welcoming and suiting my needs. Ideal location for central Santiago. Checking in and out was a breeze, with a good breakfast (plenty of choice). Found the room to be clean and tidy but in need of updating in some areas (cracked bath, and bathroom in need of some TLC). On the second visit arrived approx 2200, and the hotel was fully booked with 100 occupancy, despite me booking the room some 6 months previous. The staff transferred my booking to the Hilton at Double Tree across the road, but then had to come back again for the second night. Staff were apologetic and as helpful as they could have been, evening taking my luggage across the road, but the situation should not have happened. Second nights stay back in the NH Plaza Collection was good with a room that was in a better condition.
