Quite a few things which made it disappointing....

Pros: Hotel Staff
Cons: Everything listed above
Location: 5 minute walking distant from Central Fira Tourist Street
Room 12 Pros: Excellent Receptionists, very polite and provided help when needed Cons: 1) Location ok but not great, walking down the road to get to central Fira can easily get you run over. 2) Room front door handle was broken - they knew about it apparantly 3) Shower handle holder was broken, came off the wall 4) Tap water has a salty taste to it when rinsing mouth 5) No slippers were provided 6) No toothbrush cup provided 7) No complimentary water was provided 8) Outdoor Jacuzzi water was green (didn't use it) 9) Blankets were more like throws, and had stains on them 10) Aircon gave us dry sore throats in the morning, had it set to 24c and minimum fan setting, not sure if has ever been serviced (dust filters) 11) Breakfast buffet wasn't that great, gave it a miss and went out to eat in the mornings instead I've compared this to a few other hotels my friends has stayed at and they didn't have any of these issues.
