Dear guest, First and foremost, we would like to thank you for choosing Santo Maris Oia for your vacation in Santorini and for the time and effort you have taken to share your review. We sincerely regret that we did not fulfil your expectations and we are very sad to read that you were dissatisfied with the suite that you were accommodated in. Rest assure that we will carefully investigate the issues that you have mentioned. However, please allow us to explain further the main points of your review. Due to the high levels of humidity in our island, we have a system of dehumidification in all our suites working 24/7. Our air conditioning and dehumidification systems get cleaned and disinfected after every guest’s departure from each suite, while they are thoroughly inspected. Also, in regard to your comment about the temperature of the water in the shower; we are recording your complaint and we regret that you did not report it to us, so that our dedicated maintenance team would have had the opportunity to review this and fix any possible issue for your comfort. Related to your comment on the suite’s ground we assume that you are referring to a unique Cycladic technique from handmade pressed concrete which creates "water" marks on the cement, being part of the construction. As per the poor value for money, our hotel is located in a privileged setting offering astonishing views to Santorini’s well-known sunset as well as a more private and hidden from the crowds accommodation, and all these in a 5 minute walking distance to beautiful Oia village. As the first officially certified ‘’Boutique Hotel’’ in Greece, awarded by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, and a Traveller’s Choice, for three consecutive years, among various awards and certifications of quality assure that our hotel offers unforgettable moments to our guests synonym to 5-star experience . Again, we regret to read we could not exceed your expectations this time, but we would like you to know that your feedback is very important to us.
