Monsieur >Vous parlé de communication des le problème survenu nous sommes intervenu pour la réparation de la chasse d'eau et ensuite nous avons eu thermostat qui est tomber en panne et nous sommes intervenu aussitôt,nous vous avons donnez la possibilité de vous loger dans un autre hôtel a nos frais vous avez répondu que ce n'était pas la peine, nous avons mis une chambre a disposition que vous puissiez prendre la douche vous n'en dites pas un mot ! vous avez pris deux petits déjeuner et vous avez deux e c e que nous vous fassions un geste commercial et ne pas vous faire payer les deux petits déjeuner et nous vous avons fait le geste commercial,faudrait t'il vous rappeler que vous avez dînez dans la chambre tous les soirs 14 nuits,vous dire aussi qu'il y a de votre part une de mauvaise Foix dans votre commentaire c'est le gérant qui vous a proposez ces possibilités concernant la communication vous ne pouvez donnez de leçons a personne vous partiez le matin sans dire bonjour et rentriez fin d'aprés midi malgré notre bonne volonté il est difficile de faire dire bonjour a une personne tété baissez,nous vous avons proposer d’emmener votre linge au pressing et vous avez décliner....concernant l’orientation nous pouvons vous donnez des leçons de civilité et d'accueil jean pierre
