Our 3 nights at Concorde Montparmasse Paris

Pros: Location and helpful staff
Cons: operation of lift
Location: about 20 mins from the Eiffel Tour and Champs Elysees very near the metro and Gare Montparnasse The Montparnasse Tower is within 1 mins walking distan
This is a fairly modern hotel Probably 4 star by French standards with very helpful staff Benoit made calls for us and found out information for our pre-booked tours. The room was 1st floor(I asked for a high one) The room overlooked the road and was slightly disappointing but the hotel was very full they said.It was warm , comfortable bed, very clean(towels changed every day) and quiet.No noise from traffic below due to air-tight windows which did not open, free safe, payable drinks/fridge and hair-drier / coffee/tea sachets provided every day with clean paper cups.Breakfast was continental(basic croissants, orange juice(fresh) coffee and fruit) served to the table.Lift is a nuisance-card operated and does not always get you to the correct level immediately.Wi-fi connection good Overall a nice friendly hotel with a quick turn-over of clientel in a great location.

A part la situation de l'hotel (pres de la Gare Montparnasse) - mais il y a d'autres hotels dans le meme secteur - tres decue : - erreur a l'arrivee sur 1 des 2 chambres deja occupee (la carte n'ouvrait donc pas) et le soir meme les 2 cartes n'ouvraient plus - les interrupteurs a la tete du lit et sur la table etaient collants, - le 1er matin il a fallu faire la queue au restaurant (pas etonnant la salle est petite pour un tel hotel) - proposer 1 peignoir de bain + pantoufles c'est bien mais 2 peignoirs eraient preferables dans une chambre Double Superieure Heureusement que nous avions beneficie d'une offre speciale a 125€ la nuit, petit dej inclus. J'etais a 2 doigts de reclamer le remboursement !!

Deluxe huone oli hieman ahdas, sänky pieni ja useana päivänä pyyheliinat haisivat todella omituiselta. Huone oli kuitenkin siisti. Respassa henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt ja se oli omituista. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä.

es ist erträglich aber mehr nicht .Der Empfang sehr schlecht. Die Zimmer und hauptsächlich das Bad ist Renovation bedürftig.

Nettes älteres Hotel in der Nähe vom Zentrum. Badezimmer etwas klein. Reicht jedoch völlig für einen Städtetripp. Beim Ankommen war das Bad sehr sauber. Am zweiten Tag fanden aich jedoch noch Haare auf dem Boden und ein Tuch (Duschvorleger) wurde offensichtlich zur Reinigung gebraucht, da dieser verfärbt von einem Reinigungsmittel war oder eventuell einfach nicht sauber wurde beim waschen. Frühstück lecker und reichhaltig. Zimmer im Ganzen schön. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
