The room smelt stronglynof cigarette smoke.the linen smelt of cigarette smoke. The smoke detector had been pulled apart (dangerous). Staff were not on hand tonhelp out with exception of cleaning lady next morning - she was the most helpful. Overall poor- would not go back there and would not recommend.

Motel was nice and presentable. However my room was meant to be a double and it was a three quarter bed and the springs I could feel through the mattress, in the end I ended up having a sleep in my car as it was more comfortable. I left after the first night and told a staff member about my visit. I was told I was to be called the next day and a refund was to be given . Still no phone call.
