Eagerly Anticipated Break Missed
Had to give some ratings on previous screen, as unfortunately we were unable to take up our booking at the last minute. On the day of our proposed stay, our severely disabled son took epileptic seizures and we obviously had to care for him. My wife called the cancellation number to advise of our inability to fulfil the booking. It is unfortunate that our inability to take up an eagerly anticipated break due to the above reason, and thereby forfeit the full cost of the break, is equated with those instances where people simply change their mind and don't turn up. We will therefore have to give careful consideration to booking anywhere in advance in future in case our son suffers a similar situation.

Relaxing stay.
Really enjoyed are stay, excellent service & breakfast . We would have preferred the bath room on the same level as the bedroom. We will stay again when in the area.

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Staff are excellent and friendly. Great food. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay
