    Location is perfect if you have a long layover at KLIA2 and want to catch a nap and use the shower. The downside of booking via Expedia (or some other 3rd party site) is that the hotel does not seem to keep good track of your requests to check in at a particular time (since this is a transit hotel where people check in at all times of the day for a few/several hours of rest). And they will default to, “oh your reservation says check in time of 2pm” (which is the standard check in time for hotels on Expedia), even if you have communicated with the hotel beforehand to arrange a different check in time. Do keep all records of your communications with the hotel.

    You can’t beat the location, it’s inside the airport building, and there are many shops including grocery store. However, the common shower area has 3 stalls that are small and have gaps in the glass doors, making the entire stall stays wet. Check in staff are chatting with each other instead of helping customers, and when they help, it is not according to queue sequence. Sound proof in each room is very poor.

    While we were sleeping, somebody was trying so long to open our door, by inserting the card to unlock the security lock. After the investigation, the hotel told us it was their housekeeping staff, which he thought our room had already checked out. If this was the case, the staff should double check with the front desk when he could not open the door, instead of trying to unlock the security lock.

    Don't book the room with shared facilities....

    Stayed here a few times because it is very convenient if flying out early morning. Certainly better than other options available. However on this trip i (accidentally) booked a room with shared facilities. The room is nothing for people with claustrophobia. Geeez... Never ever again. Never ever this type of room again... The other rooms are pretty good, just this option is a complete no-go...
