Lieber Richard, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback zu unserem Hotel. Mit größtem Bedauern haben wir gelesen, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt bei uns aufgrund unserer Umsetzung der aktuellen Coronarestriktionen nicht gänzlich zufrieden waren. Die Gesundheit unserer Gäste und Mitarbeiter ist uns sehr wichtig und hat höchste Priorität, daher legen wir großen Wert auf unser hauseigenes Hygienekonzept mit den damit verbundenen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen. Unsere Mitarbeiter halten unsere Gäste ständig an, diese Maßnahmen zu beachten. Leider sind viele Gäste nicht willig das zu tun. Bezüglich des gestohlenen Nummernschildes bot unsere Empfangsdame sofort an, die Polizei zu kontaktieren. Der Parkplatz gehört zu einem Einkaufsviertel und nicht zu unserem Hotel. Nichtsdestotrotz bedanken wir uns recht herzlich für Ihren Besuch und wünschen Ihnen ein frohes neues Jahr! Hoffentlich geben Sie uns in der Zukunft eine zweite Chance.
