Spacious, clean, quiet, great amenities. Minimalistic decor. Outside spaces great addition and definitely worth having. The upstairs patio looking out on to the local church one way and the Giralda tower the other was fantastic. Minor things that would, in my opinion, make it perfect are a floor or table lamp in the lounge area as the light is bright; a draining board and a cupboard to store food items in the kitchen; a dressing table in the bedroom. Would highly recommend this apartment, location is ideal.
