Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unsere Matratze wurde sofort ausgetauscht nach unserer Meldung. Das Ambiente wird in allen Bars und Restaurants mit klassischer Musik unterstrichen. Die Anlage befindet sich gerade im Umbau. Alle Zimmer werden renoviert. Es ist überhaupt kein Baulärm zu hören oder Baustellen auch zu sehen. Sehr gut organisiert! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder.

Das Hotel liegt an der wunderschönen Bucht Nähe Naama Bay und unweit vom Flughafen entfernt. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Renovationsbedürftig! Die Dusche ist alt und zum Teil rostig. Die Zimmer werden nur dürftig geputzt, staubige Abstellflächen und der Boden wurde nur dürftig geputzt. Die Aussicht von den Zimmern aus ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem in den Restaurants und am Strand.

Das Essen im Hotel entspricht nicht den Menükarten und nicht einem guten Standard, Qualität für ein Mövenpick Hotel schlecht. Als bestes Empfang ich noch das Kebabga Restaurant, die Hotel eigenen Speisen aber nicht zu empfehlen. Ausserdem wurde mir zuerst das falsche Zimmer gegeben und erst nach zwei Nächten korrigiert (ohne Entschädigung o.Ä). Ich musste 4-5 Mal anrufen bis es geklappt hat. Mir wurde das Hotel früher einmal empfohlen, aber seit dem Eigentümerwechsel nicht mehr. Ich empfehle es auch nicht.

Also ich war mit meinen kollegin für 1 woche in mövenpick hotel und in grossen und gsnzen war es okii.. was uns sehr genervt hat das in badezimmer de dushe kein vorhang oder glasplatte hat.. dass heisst wen man dusht steht de ganze badzimmer unterwasser! Und das frühstück war immer das gleiche, keine grosse auswahl.

Sehr freundliches Personal aussgenommen das Management. Essen zuwenig Abwechslungsreich. Leider ist bei all inklusive die Horizonbar nicht mehr dabei.
