Reported large rip in base of bed but unable to change rooms. Secure door lock did not work and the extractor fan in bathroom was not working. Room119 Problem with TV reception. Overall not very good.
It was great and a convenient place to stay. Only issue is that our window handle was broken, it was not secure, anyone could just push the window open and come in while we're sleeping. I told a receptionist, nothing was done about it. Other than that one issue everything was fine.
The property was pleasant and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful, i had to swap rooms as the tv didnt work in the first room and then in the second room there was a steak slice and sausage roll partly wrapped in tin foil on the shelf and small bits of rubbish down side the sofa bed. But the room was warm, the bed sheeys were clean and the batnroom was clean.
All staff were really friendly and helpful, a little awkward getting to hotel if heading north, so was a little walk over motorway then to hotel, but cheap and cheerful and would stay there again. Plus dog friendly which always is a bonus.
