As our boutique hotel only opened its doors a short time ago, all our rooms are still up to a high standard and are decorated tastefully and we are very pleased to hear that you agree. We work hard here at Halifax Hall and we are glad to here all your positive feedback about our staff and your breakfast, I will pass that on to our chefs. I am sorry to hear that you found your room to be small, due to our previous function as a girl’s halls of residence not all our rooms are extremely large, however we believe we have equipped them with everything (and more!) that our guests may need throughout their stay. Hello, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We wish to provide all our guests with the best customer service possible so are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience. If asked, our reception staff can place a tea tray in your room and would be happy to provide this on request if you stay with us again. Our restaurant is always open from 6pm-10pm despite the wedding so apologies that you felt uncomfortable sitting in the bar. If informed of any issues with food quality our food and beverage staff are trained to always offer a replacement meal and we hope you would give us the chance to resolve any problems.
