Location is in an Industrial estate, road works prevent easy access. The Hotel is looking "tired" and in need of attention. Breakfast is ok but the MICROWAVED Food Menu was going to take 45 minutes (at 7pm in the Evening) as the THREE microwaves were busy!! I use Holiday Inn Express hotels quite often but this one will not be on the list in the future

Overnight stay

Ideal hotel for crematorium (unfortunately), with easy parking and not noisy overnight even though we were facing main road. Room very spacious, comfy, and breakfast was fine.

Good when you find it!

Excellent room , good wifi , food and bar OK. Location on Shrewsbury Business Park induced a feeling of removal from the real world but once inside with a pint all became well again! Would use again if in area.

Happy to return

This hotel has gone from strength to strength since the Hilton group took over. It's good to see happier staff. A very good buffet breakfast was included in the price, a real bargain. Soap, hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner are provided and even a face-cloth, most unusual in the UK but welcomed! Bed and bedding were first rate. My only minor criticism would be the minimal size of the bath towels! I am not big, but they barely covered me!
