Dear client (Anonymos) we are really sorry for the bed experience. As I don't see your name or reservation, it is difficult to understand the case you are talking about. I do apologize for the restaurant issue - if there was a problems with the food and you did not eat it, of course it shouldn't be charged! Regarding other people smoking we regret as well, but that is the point we can not influence. If we receive complaint about it we try to solve it.
