Very nice clean hotel. The first night when i entered the hotel, it smelt amazing, like a luxury hotel. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Everything you would expect and require from a hotel. There was always someone on reception, no matter what time it is. The only negative was that sometimes the pressure in the sink was really low so was getting hardly any water come thrpugh. Otherwise, top notch!

Stay Elsewhere

A spartan hotel where there is nowhere to put your luggage in the room as it’s so small. We had to stack our cases on top of each other as the room is just so small. Durians had also been previously kept in the room fridge which we couldn’t open due to the smell. Our first night we were woken at 11pm by the staff knocking by & accuding us of deliberately flooding the hotel with the shower. We were asleep after a long flight. When the water was clearly coming into our room not out of it. No apology whatsoever. We asked to remove room in the morning. No apology from front desk etc & told we could only move to an inferior room. I asked again more sternly for a room change and it was then granted. Again no apology or assistance with the water flooding etc. This particular hotel is surrounded by brothels and isn’t well located for the mrt. Do yourself a favour & don’t stay in this hotel or any of its chain hotels as the customer service is non existent. We asked to m

Budjettihotelli

Hotellin sijainti ok, n. kilometrin kävelymatka Kallangin MRT-asemalle (MRT ehdottomasti helpoin tapa liikkua paikasta toiseen). Hotellihuone pieni, seinät paperia, kaikki äänet kuuluu läpi, siivooja aloittaa työt jo viideltä aamulla. Siisteystaso huoneessa huono, mm. näkyviä roiskeita seinillä.
