Front Desk Staff needs improvement..
Upon reaching the hotel, the FD (frontdesk) were busy with their own stuffs, one or two serving guest while the other 4-5 staffs, including one mgr, dunno what they are busying with... I was at the counter front for a good 2mins,observing which counter I could check in, till finally I saw one male FD look up from the desk. I proceed over to his counter and show him my hotel.com App's booking number but he seem lost. I ask him if he need to see the email confirmation and he say yes. Opened my email and show him and finally he found my reservation via my ID. Throughout the conversation, this FD keep calling me "Boss, boss, boss"... Is it becos it's Boss Hotel and they require to call all their guests "Boss"?? LOL... hand over me the hotel room card and din even bother to guide me to take lobby B lift, instead of lobby A lift... Being first time in this hotel, I only saw the obvious lift lobby A, so I went and took the lift up. Upon reaching the room level, I walk one big round before finding my room... Until I left my room later, did I realise that there was actually a lift lobby B just outside my room... Everything in the room was ok. Room cleanliness was acceptable, shower head needs replacement, water pressure can be improved, room size was disappointment given I booked a balcony room. Final disappointment came during check-out. This lady FD can't even pronounce my name properly. I wonder what kind of standard Hotel Boss has when recruiting staffs...
