Great value

Small hotel on the edge of Little India. The rooms are small, but by the standards of Singapore, are not tiny. The linen was clean, the room.had a window.although no view, and there was a safe in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful when required. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. Close to metro stations to take you the bay side and other tourist areas.

Great place for a short break

Very friendly attentive staff, good location, good room size for two or three nights, first rate all round really, no complaints at all!

Good value choice

Hotels in Singapore at the.affordable end of the market tend to have very tiny rooms and often have no windows. Although my double room was small, it was not tiny, and had a window to let in natural light. The room was clean and well maintained, with a safe in the wardrobe. The bathroom was quite small, but clean and reasonably well maintained - perhaps the room and furnishings might be considered a little old, but the hotel is in a row of old shop houses, and therefore keeps that style. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite basic but sufficient. It is 1 minute from a new subway station that goes downtown to the bay area in 10 minutes, and makes easy connections to other areas. Also walking distance to little India, Arab street, and the national museum and gallery. Overall, for Singapore, decent value and a good experience.

Great family hotel

Staff really friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts great. Rooms clean and comfy. Only downside, noise from bar next door had to sleep with earplugs.

Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster, dadurch ist man gezwungen ( Zimmer stinkt), die Klimaanlage, welche direkt auf den Kopf bläst einzuschalten. "Bettwàsche", welche aus einem Leinentuch oder einer Decke besteht, ist alt und vermottet. Internet finktioniert im Zimmer ganz ganz schlecht. Badezimmer ist munzig und sehr schutzig, trotz Boiler sehr kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Preisleistungverhältnis geht absolut nicht auf.

Toller Pärchen-Urlaub

Super netter Service, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Vom Hotel aus hatte man ca. 20 m zum MRT und von dort aus war man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Empfehlenswert sind Sentosa Island, Bugis, clarke quay, Bay Front, ... die ganze Stadt ist super :)

Une nuit en couple en fin de voyage

Nous avons profité d'une escale à Singapour au retour de Sulawesi pour avoir une petite idée de la ville. Cet hôtel, propre et confortable, était bien situé pour nous. Grâce à une bonne desserte par des transports rapides, nous avons pu passer la soirée en ville et y repartir le lendemain matin. Nous avons bien aimé la proximité de Little India. Personnel courtois. Bon petit-déjeuner. Convient bien pour un court séjour en ville.

Little India hyvä vaihtoehto

Sijainti Little Indiassa hyvä. Osassa huoneista vain kattoikkuna, jonka valoa ei saa aamutuimaan peitettyä millään. Wi-fi toimii vastaanoton alueella. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sopii hienosti muutaman yön oleskeluun Singaporessa.

Bon hôtel

Nous avons passé une nuit à Singapour et cet hôtel a répondu à nos besoins. Nous voulions un hôtel facile d'accès car nous arrivions à l'aéroport en fin d'après-midi et repartions en car vers KL le lendemain en début d'après-midi. Le métro a rendu nos transports rapides. Nous avons pu aller le soir dans le quartier de Clarke Quay et le lendemain matin nous avons fait le tour sur la Singapore River. Little India est à 2 pas. On peut sortir en toute sécurité. Le prix serait un obstacle pour un séjour prolongé, mais c'est Singapour. Il s'agissait pour nous d'une escale au retour de Sulawesi et l'occasion d'avoir un tout petit aperçu de cette ville.

Ok for a short stay

The hotel isn't something I would recommend a friend, but for 2-3 nights it is absolutely ok. We had some delicious Indian food just around the corner.
