First and foremost, their advertisement in Expedia is misleading from daily housekeeping to the availability of coffee/tea maker and ironing boards as part of the room amenities. My room was cleaned not on a daily basis and you need to go to the 6th floor for the co-shared a sub-standard kitchen.
The hotel has just newly opened and is barely functioning with a lot of mess everywhere.
What’s truly disappointing was the dysfunctional elevator on the day of my early morning checkout. I almost missed my flight, there was no one to seek help to on how I’m supposed to go down with my 30-kg luggage in tow. The Exit staircase was a mess with a lot of things on the sides and with no proper exit signs.
Location - my only consolation from choosing this hotel
Staff - ok, but can be better
