The service was excellent. I loved the executive club and was always welcoming being greeted by our names. Great to relax here on our way home to the UK after being in Australia visiting family. This was our second visit and will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely hotel ideal for our stopover from Australia to UK. Staff friendly and attentive- hotel room very comfortable - choice of 2 pools to relax by. Ample choice of places to eat close by and a ferry to take you across to a small island -Pulau Ubin- for walks and lovely scenery. Will definitely stay here again.

Changi Village is a really good place to stay . . . they have a great buffet. The staff are so are friendly & helpful _ it's just a pity the shuttle driver doesn't model himself on them.

When I checked in to my room. It smelt musty and damp. I went back down to check in and room was changed OK. It had been a long day already. So I am not sure why it hadn't already been checked. Otherwise OK.

We got upgraded to exec lounge which meant we had free breakfast, snacks, alcoholic drinks, & the most delicious food in the evening, 2 items of laundry washed daily, free hoho bus tickets, choice of early check in or late check out, 2 hours use of airport lounge. Apart from that there’s a free daily shuttle at 10.30 from the hotel, this goes to Far East Plaza, & Bugis Village. Free hourly use of bikes too. We had a lovely room with a sea view on the 7th floor (room 722), free bottled water, tea, coffee, & plenty of toiletries, great comfy bed, & hot rain shower. Staff were all smiles & very friendly, they worked so hard to please. Hawkers centre’s just 5 mins walk away where you can eat local foods with local people. The beach is 5 mins away too, & really beautiful. I never wanted to leave! Expedia upgraded my room but the upgrade meant I’d have to give up my balcony, which I didn’t want to so I stayed put. If you’re out there & can hear me Expedia, I’m at Changi Cove now, so if you do want to upgrade me please do!!!!

Hotelli ja huoneet hieman kuluneet , kaipaisi ehkä hieman ehostusta. Hotelli tarjoaa 40€ hintaan Executive Clubin etuja. Kannattaa ehdotomasti ottaa, hintaan kuuluu aamiainen, kevyttä välipalaa päivällä ja cocktaili illalla jossa myös ruokaa. Suosittelen oli ehdottomasti on hintansa arvoinen.
