Zentral Preis-Leistung

Pros: zentral, bequemes Bett,
Cons: in der Dusche riecht es nach Abfluss
Location: sehr Zentral zur Orchard Road
Sehr zentral gelegen. U-Bahn in 5min zu erreichen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältins wenn früh gebucht wird. Wir haben rund CHF 65.- für ein doppelzimmer ohne Frühstück bezahlt. Frühstück kostet rund 10 SGD und war ganz okey.

Pros: Das Personal bei der Gepäckaufbewahrung.
Cons: In erster Linie die Kommunikation und die korrekte Übermittlung der Reservationsdaten! Lassen Sie Schimmel in den Bädern entfernen und desinfizieren.
Location: Lage Hotel ist sehr gut. Wenige Gehminuten zur U-Bahn, Bushaltestelle.
Gebucht im Internet über ebookers.de vom 16.-18.3.17 2 Zimmer. Bei Ankunft am 16.3. hat man uns im Hotel bestätigt, es sei nur 1 Zimmer reserviert. Sie gaben uns trotzdem ein Zimmer für die Nacht vom 16.3. mit Kreditkartenzahlung (siehe Beilage). Das Zimmer stank nach Moder, hatte nur 1 Nachttisch neben dem Doppelbett, und im Bad gab es jede Menge Schimmel. Am 17.3. früh telefonierte ich mit Fr. Demaret, erklärte ihr das Missgeschick, und bat sie um Bestätigung unserer Buchung ans Hotel, welcher offenbar dort nicht eingegangen war. Daraufhin bestätigte uns das Hotel am Nachmittag nach unserer Rückkehr, dass nun eine Bestätigung vorliegt von ebookers.de vom 17.-19.3. und wir in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen dürfen (einziger Unterschied es roch nicht nach Moder). Wir mussten aber am 18.3. wie gebucht abreisen! WIR FORDERN NUN DIE NACHT BIS 19.3. VON ebookers.de zurückzuerstatten. Wir mussten für die Nacht vom 16.3. mit unserer Kreditkarte im Hotel direkt bezahlen. Ob ich nochmals über ebookers.de ein Hotel reservieren werde, ist mehr als ungewiss!!!!
