Dear Anonymous, Thank you for staying with us and for having taken the time to write this comment. We also thank you for making positive comments about the building, breakfast and staff of our hotel. We understand that you may find it inconvenient to check in at another hotel, but, in the same way that we inform our customers by all possible means of the absence of an elevator, we also make every effort to inform all our customers (including future ones) about this particular peculiarity of our hotel. We even send you a reminder email before you arrive. Even though the check-in is carried out less than fifty meters away (which we hope minimizes the inconvenience considerably), it's important to us that nobody arrives at the hotel without prior knowledge of this situation.
