thank you for your review, as the flat is at the back of the hotel not sure you how you could have heard people coming and going all night as nobody can walk past the flat, yes you can hear police sirens as we are on the sea front and the police station is the next road back. The flat is below the bar but the bar closed at 2230 which is not really late, and there was nobody in the bar till the next night. The carpet fitters did not start walking up the fire escape until 930am.If the accommodation was that bad why did you not speak to us in the morning then wait to check out till 1630 hours the night before check out.The real issue here is that in July you wanted to cancel your booking, but as you had booked non refundable you was told you would still have to pay and the monies was taken.
