The front door of the hotel was closed with a phone number to ring to enter. Nobody replied !! No way to check in it obtain a key . We had to find other accommodation . I will be contacting ebookers for a refund

Good location, basis room clean, good value for money, but when we arrived No one at reception waited 10 minutes for the key then morning went to reception to drop the key off there was a note saying Gone to breakfast please ring this number.
