Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We always aim high when providing a high standard of service to our esteemed clients. Furthermore, please kindly note The Palace is currently in its very final stages of renovation. Therefore once again we would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused by not putting any signage during your stay. Regarding the beds, please kindly note most of the rooms in our hotel have two single beds, however if there is a special request for a double bed we always try to accommodate it.
