Staff were very accommodating very friendly and very helpful along with being very polite and we're great with the kids.. Nice welcoming and great greeting each morning at reception..

Room was clean and comfy and 1 member of staff was very friendly and welcoming the others could do with a lesson in customer service. We ordered some food: pizza, nachos and 2 kids meals. We were brought the wrong food then in the rush to get our meals the pizza wasn't cooked properly, the nachos were just cheap basic nachos with a pile of cheese melted on top, the kids sausage, chips and beans looked like it was leftover sausage and beans from breakfast so a very expensive meal with very little eaten. We were refunded the pizza but we got the impression this is the standard of food served in the evening. I m glad it was only 1 night we stayed there. Compared to other holiday Inn expresses we have stayed in this is the bottom of the pile.

Handy for meeting in Slough

Pros: Handy for station and spaceous
Cons: Signing from the station area
Location: Centre of Slough
Large comfortable room with basic facilities. Very nice fluffy towels. Unfortunately no plug in the sink!

Great for short stay

Pros: Staff and bedding.
Cons: Breakfast and cleanliness.
Location: Close to central location with very limited parking.
Pros: - Friendly staff members who were eager to help. - Comfortable bed. - Great location. - Not too dated decor. Cons: - Limited parking space, had to park off the road. - Basic and boring breakfast. Only four hot food items (beans, eggs, sausage and bacon). - Floor wasn't clean. I dropped ring under the bed, looked down and I found other people's rubbish. Breakfast with good variety is essential for me. For the price I paid, I could get better value elsewhere.

okay for a short trip

Pros: breakfast
Cons: staff are not hugely polite. The room was okay, but they had not prepared towels or refreshments for 4 people in a room.
Location: close to Windsor Castle and Legoland. the town centre is nearby, with a Tesco Extra and some restaurants
This place is near Windsor, which was why we stayed. breakfast is good. Everything else is okay.

Hotel was ideal location for us staff friendly but did find at breakfast they were over keen on clearing table. I had grandson with me and husband had to go to car, took my grandson to get some toast and table got cleared!! 2 cups of tea, yogurt and fruit juice all removed!!!!! Did raise it when we signed out
