The property is well kept and the menu has a good variety of options. The breakfast menu has excellent choices. The one comment I would say about the property is the lack of a lift for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs.

Very pleasant. Considering it the rooms are above a pub and one that gets busy it was still very quiet.

Hotel is fine.. however the single beds are slightly too small for anyone over 5ft 8. The tv reception is very bad. You lose the picture and signal constantly which is not acceptable.
