Under staffed

Pros: It was located in a convenient place .
Cons: Everything!
Location: We were visiting for a family occasion.
Room was ok , but hot and noisy at night . We went in the restaurant on the first night after finding a table took 1/2 hour to take order then 1 hour to get food , all staff were very nice just not enough of them did not order dessert couldn't wait . Breakfast was a similar disaster did not have any teacups so tea and coffee was served in Latte glasses! Toaster just burnt one side of the bread . Second evening thought we would give the restaurant another try and were served straight away by a very nice lady but an hour later still waiting for food and other tables were coming out before us! So a lack of staff probably would not go back!!

Firstly please accept my apologies for the lateness of this reply - I have only just discovered that there is a way to respond on Expedia! I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience when staying with us. We have had some challenges in the restaurant but I am pleased to report we have now resolved the majority of them. As you can see from our other reviews on here this is the exception rather than the norm and I do hope you will consider returning at some point to see the improvements made.
