Very good hotel

Pros: Reasonable price . Clean . Fantastic view . Friendly staff . Amazing location .
Cons: If they can off a free car parking that would be fantastic . Also it'd be better they can put a small fridges in the rooms .
Location: The location is amazing . Close to everything you may need in Sheffield . Banks, Shops , Universities, Parks .
The location of the hotel is very good . It is in the middle of the town and easy to access any location in Sheffield . A lot of car parking around the hotel and the hotel offer a lowest price in NCP parking in the front of the hotel . There is a bus stop on the front of the hotel for those don't have a car . Also most of the places in the down town are walkable d distances. The staff are very friendly and helpful . They are smile all the times . The rooms are very clean and have a fantastic view . Room services are amazing. They do their job nice and fast . The price is very reasonable . I was very happy during my stay there .

Very nice hotel close to the city center

Pros: Location, excellent breakfast buffet, clean room and friendly staff.
Cons: Pressure of water for showering
Location: Shopping, good restaurants, etc.
All very good. Breakfast excellent. The only negative was that the pressure of the water for showering was not very strong.

Graduation trip

Enjoyed our recent visit to Sheffield and our stay in Jurys Inn. Staff lovely and very helpful. Room clean and comfortable but a bit on the small side. Bar food grand but a bit expensive for what we got.

Simple, clean & cheap

If you are looking for a reasonably located, simple hotel then Jury's Sheffield is for you. The sound proofing between rooms is pretty bad, I could hear our neighbours having a 5am chat. But then I had a nice double bed, it was cosy and spotlessly clean. I'd stay again if the rate was the same.

Not a great experience

No parking included so had to use car park a 5 min walk away. The room was freezing! Had no instructions on how to use the air con system. Took 35 mins for someone to answer at reception to ask for help. Staff took 45 mins to come up to the room to change the air con to hearing setting. The toilet was broken. Called down to reception and after no answer again I played plumber and fixed it myself. The room heated up but the bathroom remained freezing meaning we didn't use the shower facilities in the end because we couldn't bare how cold it was. The view wasn't great either, which is a shame as expected more from an upgraded room. Overall we wouldn't stay here again and will stick to our favourite hotel in Sheffield being The Copthorne.

Brilliant

Absolutely fantastic everything was perfect, the service, the room, everything about the hotel is grand. The young man on the desk was extremely friendly and so was the woman behind the bar, such a good experience.
