Dear Shaniqua, Thank you for your feedback and all the kind words / compliments. It has been an extremely busy August for us here at the hotel and apologies we were not able to offer you a complimentary car parking at the time. We apply the fixed fee of £5 for hotel residence purely to prevent non-residents leaving their car un attendant as well as to maintain the car park itself. Apologies that this wasn't to your liking.
