The hotel is located in the center of Southampton. The way to the room and the elevator were adventurous. The front looks okay, but the parking area is horrible

the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The rooms need updating, from bathroom suites to furniture. This is not in a quiet place to stay, there is a lot of noise from outside of the hotel.There is no air conditioning nor blackout curtains.
