"My family really enjoyed our stay here for a night. The room was a double queen with a sliding glass door to the courtyard. The bathroom is a bit smaller than we would have liked but otherwise a great room. The courtyard has a fire pit right outside our door which was so nice. Plus the pool room was there too. Our son loved the water slide however that’s the part of service I was not a fan of. My husband called the front desk because we were told the slide would be open Saturday from 8am-12pm. That did not happen. As he was on the phone I was saying “no it is not open no matter the time she’s saying” other parents thought the same. She proceeded to get an attitude with my husband and be rude because she could hear me. Instead of saying “ let me look into that” she just got rude and told him “well then it will be open at 3pm” okay but that’s not what we paid for. I paid almost $300 for a night because I was told the slide would be available to my child. That did not sit well with me. While I would probably stay again, that lady left a bad taste in my mouth. Yes, one person can ruin an entire experience. My only other issue was breakfast was not great. Not many options for diabetics or people who don’t eat pork. Also the potatoes were not cooked completely. The lady worked Saturday morning. April 13th. Just rude!!! She needs better training. Every other desk person was just lovely. "

"My only issue is the sink area is open to the sleeping area which makes it difficult to keep quiet in the morning for those that don't have to get up. :)"
